FIVE ANCHOR SERVERS
Our Five Anchor Server section honors the excellent servers we have met at different ports. If you are a boater you are familiar with the term, "drop the anchor." It means you've found the perfect spot to spend some time and so you drop the anchor. The servers recognized here are people who have made our dining experiences special.

Spike’s Chasing 80 Pain Killer
When our friends, Kevin and Jill invited us to cocktail hour on their beautiful Chris Craft Chasing 80 at Stock Island Marina Village, they had whipped up what would become one of our favorite go-to rum drinks. The first Pain Killer we ever had was at the infamous Soggy Dollar Bar on Jost Van Dyke, BVI and Kevin and Jill’s is an easy rival! Too many and they are a truth serum – well played Jill!
2 oz of Pusser Rum
2 oz Pineapple Juice
1 oz of Cream of Coconut
1 oz of Orange Juice
Dash of Freshly Grated Nutmeg (after drink is poured)
Shake rum, coconut, pineapple and orange juice well to mix. Pour over ice then dust with nutmeg.
No pain, no brain!
OLOH GuavaRita
Inspired by Heidi at Stock Island Marina Village, the OLHO GuavaRita has become legendary on OLOH and truly of one the most favorite beverages we serve to our guests. It’s easy to make and replacing the simple syrp with guava juice gives it a distinctly island flavor.
2oz Tequila Blanco
1 oz Cointreau
1 oz of fresh lime juice
2-3 oz of guava juice
Shake with ice, pour into a rocks glass, garnish with lime and let the afternoon slip away!
Dusty Sea Goombay Smash!
This drink should probably be called Natalia and Bart’s Tour of the Exumas Smash because after taking us in their Regulator (the tender to their boat “Dusty Sea”) all over the islands around Compass and Staniel Cay they took us on a snorkeling adventure and brought this wonderful little concoction. Maybe it’s because we are new to this whole “cocktailing thing” (ahem) but we’d never heard of a goombay smash until Nat made them for us. Oh, Nat! Thanks for the introduction and look out! One Smash, two Smash, three Smash FLOOR!
1oz Myers Dark Rum
1oz Anos White Rum
1oz Gold Rum
1oz Coconut Rum
1oz Apricot Brandy
2 oz Pineapple Juice
2 oz Orange Juice
Shake well and pour over ice. Garnish with Pineapple and Orange slices.

We love a great rum drink and when our friends Jeff and Barb Hill gave us a bottle of one of their favorite spiced rums – Siesta Key Spiced Rum – we created a cocktail in their honor called the Hill Runner! Lots of flavors with a tropical twist and nice spiced edge, careful they’ll catch up with you!
1oz Siesta Key Spiced Rum
1oz Havana Club 3 Anos White Rum
1oz Banana Liquor
½ oz Orange Curacao
3 oz Mango Juice
Shake well and pour over ice in a rocks glass garnish with blood orange. Optional Dark Rum floater

Need a break from a classic margarita? Try this one with a deep, robust, smokey flavor and berry undertones! This is top shelf OLOH. We usually only have one…or two!
4-5 blackberries muddled in glass
1 oz of Espolon Tequila Blanco
1 oz of Cointreau
1/2 oz Fidencio Mezcal Tequila
1/2 oz Chambord Liquor
1 oz Key West Lime juice
1/4 oz Agave
1 oz of water
Shake with ice, don’t drink too many!

Gotta love a mule…not from Moscow…from the OLOH.
2 oz Titos
4-6 oz Berrits Bermuda Ginger Beer
1/2 lime squeezed
Freshly grated ginger
No need to shake, just pour together, give a good stir and zest a little fresh ginger!
